Operator seats are accounts for the team members who handle live chat and manage your chatbot. Each seat lets one person log in to the Fibly dashboard and talk to customers. The number of seats depends on your plan — you can also buy extra seats.
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
When you run out of credits, your chatbot keeps running but AI responses are paused temporarily. Customers can still leave a message that goes straight to your team. You can buy more credits or switch plans.
