How to read the metrics and charts about your bot's and your team's work in the Fibly panel.

Fibly provides two screens with statistics on the bot's work:

  • Overview: a quick look at activity (number of conversations, today, needing support) plus a chart of conversations over time. The default view after logging in.
  • Control Center: advanced analytics on escalations, a breakdown of the bot's confidence, and recommendations for what to improve in the knowledge base.
