Changing your plan

How to move to a higher or lower plan in Fibly.

Changing your plan in Fibly is currently done by contacting our team. You will not find an "upgrade" or "downgrade" button in the dashboard. We do it manually so that we can tailor the new configuration (limits, seats, add-ons, invoice details) to your situation.

How to change your plan

  1. Email us at kontakt@fibly.pl or book a call with our sales team.
  2. In your message, let us know:
    • which plan you want to move to,
    • when the change should take effect (for example, from the next billing period, or from today),
    • whether you want to purchase any add-ons (extra credits, seats).
  3. You will receive a confirmation with the current pricing and the timing of the changes.
  4. Once confirmed, we will make the changes in the dashboard and issue an adjusted invoice in line with what we agreed.

When to upgrade to a higher plan

Consider moving to a higher plan if:

  • you regularly use more than 80% of your credits before the end of the billing period (see Credits and usage),
  • the seat limit does not let you add everyone who needs access to your team,
  • you want to unlock the bot's full level of personalization or advanced analytics (Control Center).

When to downgrade

Consider moving to a lower plan if:

  • you regularly use significantly less than 50% of your credits in a period,
  • you have fewer people on your team than the seat limit allows,
  • you do not use the premium features (for example, you never look at the Control Center).

Can you split your team across plans

No, a single plan applies to the entire organization account. All members have access to the features provided by the current plan.

Billing after a change

The change takes effect from the next billing period, unless we agree otherwise. The value of the previous invoice is not refunded proportionally; we account for the difference in the first invoice of the new plan.

Exception: for Enterprise, the billing terms are set out in detail in your contract. Different rules may apply there (for example, annual or quarterly).

What's next

After changing your plan, take a look at Credits and usage to check whether the new limit actually fits your scale.
