Installing on PrestaShop

How to install the official Fibly module in a PrestaShop store.

For PrestaShop, we provide a ready-made module that, once installed, embeds the widget on every page of your store on its own. Installation takes a few minutes and doesn't require editing any theme files.

Step 1: download the Fibly module

Download the latest version of the module from our GitHub repository:

Download fibly.zip

Save the fibly.zip file somewhere convenient; you'll need it in the next step.

Step 2: install the module in the PrestaShop panel

  1. Log in to your PrestaShop admin panel.
  2. From the menu on the left, select Modules, Module Manager.
  3. In the top-right corner, click Upload a module.
  4. Drag the downloaded fibly.zip file into the dialog box or select it through your file explorer.
  5. Wait for the installation to finish.

Step 3: make sure the module is enabled

After installation, the module should be active automatically. Check this:

  1. In the Module Manager, search for the Fibly module.
  2. The module's status next to its name should read Enabled.
  3. If you see a Disabled status, click the button next to it and select Enable.

Clear the cache

PrestaShop relies heavily on caching. After installing the module:

  1. Go to Advanced Parameters, Performance.
  2. Click Clear cache.

Without this step, the widget may not be visible in your store even if the module is active.
