A comparison of the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans in Fibly, plus the available add-ons.

Fibly offers three subscription tiers. Your choice depends on the amount of traffic on your site, the number of people on your team, and the level of personalization you need.

Starter

PLN 149 net / month. The entry-level plan for small sites and stores that are just getting started with a bot.

Includes:

  • 5,000 AI credits per month,
  • 3 team seats,
  • a basic level of personalization for the bot's appearance and behavior,
  • a basic level of analytics (Overview).

Who it's for: a small store, a blog, a service website, a sole trader.

Professional

PLN 499 net / month. The plan for growing businesses that need a larger team and deeper analytics.

Includes:

  • 20,000 AI credits per month,
  • 10 team seats,
  • full personalization: access to all of the bot's and widget's configuration options,
  • an advanced level of analytics: the Control Center with escalation metrics and AI insights.

Who it's for: a mid-sized e-commerce business, a store with support in several languages, a support team of several people.

Enterprise

Custom pricing. A plan tailored to large deployments that exceed the Professional limits or require additional integrations and SLAs.

Includes:

  • custom credit and seat limits,
  • a dedicated technical account manager,
  • SLA agreements on response time and availability,
  • the option of custom integrations.

Who it's for: large companies, stores with traffic measured in hundreds of thousands of sessions per month, organizations that require individual contracts.

Add-ons

Regardless of your plan, you can purchase add-ons that extend your credit or seat limit. We configure add-ons together with you after you get in touch.

  • +1,000 AI credits: PLN 49 net / month.
  • +5,000 AI credits: PLN 219 net / month.
  • +10,000 AI credits: PLN 349 net / month.
  • +1 team seat: PLN 15 net / month.

Add-ons are active for as long as you keep them. The value of credits from add-ons renews with each billing period.

Changing your plan and buying add-ons

Changing your plan and activating add-ons is done by contacting our team. You will not find a plan-change button in the dashboard, because we tailor the configuration to your situation manually.
