Plans

A comparison of the Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans in Fibly, plus the available add-ons.

Fibly offers a Free plan and three subscription tiers. Your choice depends on the amount of traffic on your site, the number of people on your team, and the level of personalization you need.

Check current prices and limits at fibly.co.uk/pricing. The values in this article reflect the current offering, but the pricing page is the source of truth.

Free

PLN 0. A plan for trying Fibly out on a real site. You choose it when you sign up, and no card is needed.

Includes:

  • 150 AI credits per month (about 15 bot replies),
  • 1 team seat,
  • the widget in its default look: the Default theme, with the "Powered by Fibly AI" footer always visible,
  • no Control Center: the Analytics item in the sidebar is shown as locked.

The allowance renews every month for as long as someone on your team uses the dashboard. If nobody has signed in for 60 days, the next month is not granted and the account is treated like one without active billing. Each person can hold one Free workspace.

Add-ons cannot be bought on the Free plan. When you need more, subscribe to a paid plan (see Starting a subscription).

Who it's for: testing the bot before committing, or a very small site with occasional questions.

Starter

PLN 149 net / month. The entry-level plan for small sites and stores that are just getting started with a bot.

Includes:

  • 5,000 AI credits per month,
  • 3 team seats,
  • basic personalization of the widget: the Flat and Brutalist themes and the option to hide the "Powered by Fibly AI" footer (see Widget personalization),
  • the Control Center analytics dashboard (listed as the "Basic" analytics level on your plan card),
  • an audit log kept for 12 months.

Who it's for: a small store, a blog, a service website, a sole trader.

Professional

PLN 499 net / month. The plan for growing businesses that need a larger team and deeper analytics.

Includes:

  • 20,000 AI credits per month,
  • 10 team seats,
  • full personalization of the widget: every theme, any Google Fonts family, colors for individual elements and custom CSS,
  • the Control Center analytics dashboard (listed as the "Advanced" analytics level on your plan card),
  • an audit log kept for 4 years.

Who it's for: a mid-sized e-commerce business, a store with support in several languages, a support team of several people.

Enterprise

Custom pricing. A plan tailored to large deployments that exceed the Professional limits or require additional integrations and SLAs.

Includes:

  • custom credit and seat limits,
  • a dedicated technical account manager,
  • SLA agreements on response time and availability,
  • the option of custom integrations.

Who it's for: large companies, stores with traffic measured in hundreds of thousands of sessions per month, organizations that require individual contracts.

Add-ons

On any paid plan, you can purchase add-ons that extend your credit or seat limit. You buy them in Settings, Usage and billing, and the higher limit applies as soon as the payment is confirmed.

  • +1,000 AI credits: PLN 49 net / month.
  • +5,000 AI credits: PLN 219 net / month.
  • +10,000 AI credits: PLN 349 net / month.
  • +1 team seat: PLN 15 net / month.

Add-ons are active for as long as you keep them. The value of credits from add-ons renews with each billing period.

Credits can also be bought as a one-off for the current period only, without adding anything to your monthly bill. Both options are described in Add-ons.

Choosing and changing a plan

You subscribe, change plan and buy add-ons yourself in Settings, Usage and billing. A move to a higher plan applies immediately and is charged pro rata; a move to a lower one takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
