How to accept your Fibly invitation and get access to the admin dashboard.
We create your Fibly account for you, after your first conversation with our sales team. This article describes what happens after you sign the contract: how you'll get access and what you'll see at your first login.
Receiving the invitation
Once we've prepared your environment, we send an invitation by email to the address you provided during the conversation. The message contains an activation link that is valid for 7 days. If that time passes, get in touch and we'll generate a new invitation.
Activating your account
After clicking the activation link, you'll be asked to set:
- your full name, which your coworkers will see,
- a password at least 8 characters long.
Once confirmed, you'll go straight to the Fibly dashboard and be logged in automatically.
What you'll see in the dashboard
The default home screen is the Overview, where you'll find a summary of recent conversations and key metrics. From the left-hand menu you have access to all the other modules: the knowledge base, bot configuration, widget settings, customer list, and billing.
Your first account is given the Admin role, which means full access to all dashboard features, including the ability to invite more people from your team.
Subsequent logins
The dashboard address is panel.fibly.pl. You log in with the email and password you set during activation. If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen, and the system will send you reset instructions.
Self-service sign-up
At the moment we create accounts manually after a conversation with the sales team. Self-service sign-up will be available soon. If you'd like to try Fibly, book a call and we'll prepare a demo tailored to your site.
