How to accept your Fibly invitation and get access to the admin dashboard.

There are two ways to get into Fibly. You can create an account yourself, or you can receive an invitation by email: from our team, when we prepare your account after a conversation with sales, or from a coworker who invites you to their workspace. This article describes the invitation path and what you'll see at your first login.

Receiving the invitation

The invitation arrives by email and contains an activation link that is valid for 7 days. If that time passes, ask the person who invited you (or us) to send a new invitation.

Activating your account

After clicking the activation link, you'll be asked to set:

  • your First name and Last name, which your coworkers will see,
  • a Password at least 8 characters long.

Then click Create account and join. If you already have a Fibly account with that email address, sign in and click Accept invitation instead.

What you'll see in the dashboard

The default home screen is the Dashboard, where you'll find a summary of recent conversations and key metrics. From the left-hand menu you have access to the other modules: Conversations, Live support, Customers, Knowledge base, Bot settings and Widget. Billing and settings are in the account menu, under Usage and billing and Settings.

The first account in a workspace is given the Admin role, which means full access to all dashboard features, including the ability to invite more people from your team. Invited coworkers get the role chosen in their invitation.

Subsequent logins

The dashboard address is app.fibly.io. You log in with the email and password you set during activation. If you've turned on two-step verification, you'll also be asked for a code from your authenticator app or for your security key.

The login screen doesn't offer a password reset at the moment. If you forget your password, write to us at kontakt@fibly.pl and we'll help you get back in. When you're logged in, you can change your password in Settings, Change password.
