Billing

How plans, AI credits, team seats, and invoices work in Fibly.

The Billing section of your dashboard (Settings, Billing) shows everything related to your account's subscription: your current plan, credit usage, the number of seats in use, and your invoice history.

Who has access

Only the Administrator and Manager roles can access the Billing section. Agents will not see it in the dashboard (see Roles and permissions).

Currency and taxes

All prices in the dashboard and in this documentation are shown net, in PLN. Invoices are issued in PLN. VAT is added to the amounts in accordance with applicable regulations.
