Customer list

How to view, filter, and search customers in the Fibly dashboard.

The main view of the Customers tab is a table of the people who have talked to the bot on your website. Each row leads to a customer profile with the full conversation history.

Statistics at the top of the screen

The bar above the table shows four numbers:

  • Total customers: all unique profiles in your account.
  • Active: customers who have had contact with the bot recently.
  • Need attention: customers whose conversations in the last 7 days required escalation.
  • Total conversations: the sum of all conversations across all profiles.

Table columns

  • Customer: avatar, name, email address (if provided).
  • Conversations: the number of all of this customer's conversations with the bot.
  • Satisfaction: the share of resolved conversations out of the total.
  • Last contact: the date of the last chat activity.

The bar above the table lets you search for customers by name or email address. The search works as soon as you type, with no need to confirm with the Enter key.

Filtering by IP address

If you got to the Customers tab from within a conversation by clicking the customer's IP address, the list is automatically narrowed to profiles that connected from that address. The filter is shown as a label above the table, e.g. "IP address: 192.0.2.10", and can be turned off with a single click.

Pagination

By default the table shows 10 profiles per page. The arrows at the bottom take you to the next pages.
