Changing your password

You change your password under Settings, Change password. The operation requires knowing your current password; if you don't remember it, see the end of this article.

How to change your password

1. Open Settings, Change password.
2. In the Current password field, enter your existing password.
3. In the New password field, enter the new one (see the requirements below).
4. Repeat the new password in the Confirm new password field.
5. Click Change password. The button stays inactive until every requirement is met.

New password requirements

• at least 8 characters,
• at least one letter, one digit and one special character,
• not a commonly used password, and not too similar to your name or email address.

A checklist under the field shows which requirements are already met.

We recommend using a password manager (e.g. 1Password, Bitwarden, Apple Keychain) to generate a strong password and remember it for you.

What happens to active sessions

Changing your password signs you out of the dashboard in every other browser and device; the browser you changed it in stays signed in. If you suspect that someone unauthorized has access to your account, after changing your password also enable two-factor authentication, if you aren't using it yet.

I don't remember my password

The sign-in screen does not currently have a self-service password reset. If you can't sign in because you don't remember your password, write to us at kontakt@fibly.pl from the email address of your account and we'll help you regain access.
