Team seats

What the seat limit means, how to buy additional seats, and what happens when you exceed the limit.

A "seat" is a slot for one user with access to the Fibly dashboard. Each plan includes a set number of seats, which you can see in Settings, Billing and in Team members.

The limit in your plan

  • Starter: 3 seats.
  • Professional: 10 seats.
  • Enterprise: agreed individually.

Every active member and every pending invitation takes up a seat. Expired invitations free up a seat again.

Full plan comparison: Plans. You will find current limits and the prices of additional seats at fibly.co.uk/pricing.

What counts as a seat

All members with the Administrator, Manager, and Agent roles take up one seat each. The role does not affect the limit; every user counts the same.

The usage indicator in the dashboard

On the Team members screen you can see a counter of seats in use and the limit available in your plan. The color changes depending on occupancy:

  • green: below 70%,
  • yellow: between 70% and 99%,
  • red: limit reached.

What happens when you reach the limit

Attempting to invite another member when the limit is full will result in an error message. To continue:

  • free up a seat: remove unused accounts or cancel expired invitations,
  • or buy additional seats for PLN 15 net / month for each additional one (see Plans, Add-ons). To do so, email us at kontakt@fibly.pl.

How to buy seats

Increasing the seat limit is currently handled manually. Email us at kontakt@fibly.pl and let us know:

  • how many additional seats you want to activate,
  • for how long (a one-off until the end of the current period, or permanently).

Once confirmed, we will unlock the new seats in the dashboard and include the changes in your next invoice.

What's next

To reduce the number of seats in use, check Team members and, if needed, remove people who no longer work with Fibly. Remember that you can restore their access later with a new invitation.
