How to customize the appearance, content, and behavior of the chat widget on your website.
The widget is the chat button in the bottom-right corner of your website, through which customers talk to the bot. You'll find all appearance and behavior settings in the dashboard, under the Widget settings tab.

Remember to save your changes. All settings in this tab are only saved after you click Save at the bottom of the page.
