Calendly

Connect Calendly so the bot can check your availability, share booking links, and book meetings during a conversation.

Connect Calendly and the bot can help customers schedule a meeting without leaving the chat — it checks your availability, suggests open times, and books the meeting (or shares a booking link).

Before you start

You need a Calendly account. Booking a meeting directly requires a paid Calendly plan; on the free plan the bot shares a one-time booking link instead, so scheduling still works. Only administrators or managers can connect integrations.

Connect Calendly

  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. In the Additional section, click Add integration.
  3. In the Connect an integration dialog, choose the Calendly card.
  4. You're taken to Calendly to sign in and authorize access. After you confirm, you're returned to Fibly — you'll briefly see a Setting up Calendly screen, then a Calendly connected confirmation.

There are no API keys or scheduling links to copy — it's a one-click sign-in with Calendly.

Choose where it's available

Each connected tool has an Available in setting with two options — Support and Sales — that control which bot modes can use it. Both are on by default; turn one off if you only want the bot to offer scheduling in one mode. Changes save immediately.

What the bot can do

Once connected, during a conversation the bot can:

  • List your meeting types — the kinds of meetings you offer on Calendly.
  • Find open times — look up available slots, shown to the customer in their own timezone.
  • Book the meeting — confirm a slot and book it, using the customer's name and email from the conversation. If it can't book directly (for example on a free plan), it shares a single-use booking link instead.

Every booking is confirmed with the customer first, and the action is recorded in the Conversations view.

Manage or disconnect

On Settings → Integrations, the Calendly row shows its status — Connected, Needs auth, or Error. To remove it, click Disconnect and confirm; the bot will no longer be able to use Calendly.
