Cancelling and resuming

How to cancel your Fibly subscription, what happens until the end of the paid period, and how to resume before it ends.

You can cancel your subscription yourself in Settings, Usage and billing, and you can undo the cancellation for as long as the paid period is still running. Neither step requires an email to us.

How to cancel

  1. Open Settings, Usage and billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
  3. The subscription card now shows the date your access ends. That date is the end of the period you have already paid for.

Nothing changes on the day you cancel. The bot keeps answering, your team keeps working in the dashboard, and your credit allowance stays as it is. What stops is the renewal: no further payment is taken, and no new billing period is created when the current one ends.

How to resume

While the subscription is still running, the same card in Settings, Usage and billing shows a Resume subscription button. Clicking it cancels the cancellation: the end date disappears, and the subscription renews on its normal date as if nothing had happened. You are not charged for resuming, and your credits and seats are untouched.

Once the period has actually ended, there is nothing left to resume. You subscribe again from scratch, as described in Starting a subscription.

What happens after the period ends

With no new billing period, the account has no credit allowance, so the bot stops generating replies. Conversations that are already open remain in the dashboard. After that, the account follows the standard procedure for accounts without active billing: first a warning by email, then restricted access to the dashboard. Subscribing again at any point in that window restores the account.

Cancelling immediately, and refunds

Cancellation always runs to the end of the paid period, and the dashboard does not offer an immediate stop or a refund. If you need either, email us at kontakt@fibly.pl and describe your situation. We handle those cases individually.

For Enterprise, the notice period and the terms of termination are set out in your contract and take precedence over what this article describes.

Before you cancel

If the reason is cost rather than the product, a lower plan may solve it. The Starter plan keeps the bot running with a smaller allowance, and you can move down to it in a few clicks: Changing your plan.
