Connect your Facebook Pages so Fibly replies to Messenger messages, all in the same inbox as your other channels.

Connect your Facebook Pages so Fibly answers the people who message them on Messenger. Every message lands in Conversations with your other channels.

Before you start

You need to be an administrator of at least one Facebook Page. During the connection you'll sign in with Facebook and choose which Pages to link.

Connect your Pages

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and open the Facebook Messenger channel (Add channel → Facebook Messenger, or Configure if it's already added).
  2. Click Connect Facebook Pages.
  3. Sign in through the Facebook window and grant access to the Pages you want Fibly to answer for.
  4. Each connected Page appears in the list with a status of Active or Pending.

Use Disconnect next to a Page to stop answering its messages, or the channel switch on the Integrations page to pause Messenger entirely.

What happens next

Messages sent to a connected Page's Messenger become conversations in Conversations; filter by Facebook Messenger to see only those. The bot replies from your knowledge base, and your team can take over from Live support at any point.
